Because this service should not cost more then the price we have put on it.
Others say they can add a 1000 followers a day why can't you?
We could but these other services might also get your account suspended. Twitter has limits to their services, following to many people at once or un-following to many people at once will get your account suspended for high follower churn.
Why don't you ask me for my username and password?
We use oAuth to authenticate with twitter, we do not need your username and password.
